The layout is primarily based on a 2 column grid systems. Simply use the class "2 Column Grid" too add the basic styling to your grid component.
The horizontal scroll section on the home page is based on this tutorial from Webflow. Each image in the section is 100vw in width therefore, you need to be aware of changing the height of the parent section in correspondance with the number of images within the section.
